Introducing Découvertes | Spring recipe + Family art project

Life with little ones can be a whirlwind so we wanted to press pause, channel our child-like sense of discovery and reflect on some of the things that have inspired us, simplified our lives or just made us smile this past week.  We're introducing Découvertes, a weekly newsletter linking to some of the little things that got our attention this week.

1. Now that spring has finally arrived (and seeming already gone with this week’s dreary weather in NYC), we’ve been gravitating towards all the fresh veggies popping up at our local farmer’s markets and have been going back to this recipe weekly.  It’s a great weekday recipe.  It’s healthy, takes under 30 minutes to prepare and both our 3 year old and 10 month old are loving it so it’s checking off all the boxes for us!

2. We went to the Whitney Museum with some friends last weekend and discovered their Family Open Studio.  It’s a great space for families with kids of all ages to create their own art inspired by  works on view in current exhibitions.  Check out their schedule here.  Look at our family's art project that inspired by the Nick Mauss exhibition!

3. I won this cult favorite beauty product at a school auction last week and have become totally obsessed.  It smells diviiine and I’m a sucker for good clean branding and packaging.

Have a great weekend!

xx Veronique
