WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All unused, unwashed purchases may be returned within 14 days. The items should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. The customer is responsible to pay for return shipping. See our full return policy for more information, or contact customerservice@les-gamins.com to schedule a refund.

HOW FAST ARE ORDERS PROCESSED?

We process orders within 2-3 business days, then ship them to you via USPS. All in all, standard shipping takes 4-8 business days, unless expedited shipping is selected at checkout. Shipping times may vary, but we work hard to get you your order as soon as possible. Please note, we do not ship on the weekend or holidays.

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

Domestic ground orders are typically shipped via USPS First class. Priority Mail and Overnight are available for additional charges.

Standard shipping (3-8 business days) via USPS First Class: $5 flat-rate for all U.S. orders. Free Standard Shipping for orders over $60.

Priority Shipping (1-3 business days) via USPS: $8 flat-rate for all U.S. orders.

Priority Express shipping (1 business day): $30 flat-rate on all U.S. orders.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

For all shipped packages, we send the tracking number in an email. If you want to change the address or simply learn the whereabouts of your order you can contact the carrier.

Unfortunately, no International orders are available through our website at this time. If you would like to purchase an item for shipment outside of the US, place contact customerservice@les-gamins.com

DO YOU HAVE A STORE? CAN I SEE THE PRODUCT IN PERSON?

IS YOUR SIZING STANDARD?

Yes. While nothing about little ones’ body shapes seems standard, the sizing of our clothing is. Purchase the same size from us that you would from any other baby clothing retailer. Please refer to our sizing chart for guidance on measurements or email us customerservice@les-gamins.com and we’ll be happy to help! Most of our products come pre-washed and pre-shrunk, but you may notice slight shrinkage if you put them in the dryer. Hang dry if you want to avoid even minimal size change.

THE ITEM IS MARKED OUT OF STOCK. WHEN WILL IT BE AVAILABLE AGAIN?

All of our products are currently designed and manufactured in the US in small volumes and we will occasionally replenish stock throughout the year. Please leave us your contact information if you are looking for an item that is currently out of stock, and we will notify you as soon as it gets back in.

All of our products are currently designed and manufactured in the US. We put a lot of effort into finding manufacturers that produce high quality pieces and do so sustainably and ethically. We have a constant focus on quality control, and are happy to receive feedback if you believe we are lacking in any way.

HOW DO YOU OFFER LOWER PRICES THAN COMPETITORS FOR THE SAME QUALITY?

At Les Gamins, we manufacture our own clothing and sell directly to you, exclusively through our website. By avoiding middlemen, retail markups, and the high costs of brick-and-mortar stores, we can offer you lower prices. We invest these savings back in order to continually offer the highest quality products, such as 100% organic cottons all milled in the US.
