RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want all customers to be thoroughly satisfied with their purchases from Les Gamins. If you have any questions after reviewing our return policy below, feel free to contact us at email@example.com
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unused, unwashed product within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit.
The Customer is responsible for return shipping, unless the item was damaged prior to or during delivery.
To process a return or an exchange:
- Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your name, order number and item(s) you are returning
- We will respond with a return shipping address and instructions
- Once you receive that, please send the item in its original packaging to the address provided in the email.
Once your return has been received, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment used. Please allow 10 business days to ensure that your refund is credited. You will be notified via email when your return package is received and your refund has been processed.
Please notify us before shipping returns, as we cannot be responsible for items returned to us without notification and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you cannot trace the package.
Due to the limited quantities of our products, we cannot offer exchanges at this time. You can however, process a refund and place another order. We only replace items that are received defective or damaged. If you need to make an exchange, send us an email at email@example.com
If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of purchasing and send images of the damaged product.
Domestic ground orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days via USPS - which usually delivers within 2-3 days for most destinations within the US. All orders ship from Brooklyn, NY. Priority Mail and Overnight are available for additional charges.
Standard shipping (3-8 business days) via USPS First Class: $5 flat-rate for all U.S. orders. Free Standard Shipping for orders over $60.
Priority Shipping (1-3 business days) via USPS: $8 flat-rate for all U.S. orders.
Priority Express shipping (1 business day): $28 flat-rate on all U.S. orders.
Shipping times may vary, but we work hard to get you your order as soon as possible.
Please note that we do not ship on the weekend or holidays.
We send all orders via trackable mail or courier. Once the order has been scanned and delivered by the courier it will be considered the sole responsibility and property of the customer. If you'd like to make sure the package requires your signature for delivery, please email us at the time of your order.
Unfortunately, no International orders are available through our website at this time. If you would like to purchase an item for shipment outside of the US, place contact email@example.com
