RETURNS AND SHIPPING

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want all customers to be thoroughly satisfied with their purchases from Les Gamins. If you have any questions after reviewing our return policy below, feel free to contact us at customerservice@les-gamins.com

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unused, unwashed product within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit.  All sale items are final. 

The Customer is responsible for return shipping, unless the item was damaged prior to or during delivery.  We are also able to provide a shipping return label but please note that a $7 return fee will be deducted. 

To process a return or an exchange:

  1. Enter your order number HERE and follow the return/exchange instructions. 
  2. You will have the option to print a pre-paid return label or ship using your preferred carried.
  3. Once you receive that, please send the item in its original packaging to the address provided in the email.

Once your return has been received, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment used. Please allow 10 business days to ensure that your refund is credited. You will be notified via email when your return package is received and your refund has been processed.

Please notify us before shipping returns, as we cannot be responsible for items returned to us without notification and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you cannot trace the package.

EXCHANGES

Due to the limited quantities of our products, we cannot offer exchanges at this time. You can however offer a store credit and waive return fees/shipping.  We only replace items that are received defective or damaged. If you need to make an exchange, send us an email at customerservice@les-gamins.com

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact customerservice@les-gamins.com within 14 days of purchasing and send images of the damaged product.

SHIPPING

Domestic ground orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days via USPS - which usually delivers within 2-3 days for most destinations within the US. All orders ship from Brooklyn, NY. Priority Mail and Overnight are available for additional charges.

Standard shipping (3-8 business days) via USPS First Class: $7 flat-rate for all U.S. orders. Free Standard Shipping for domestic orders over $150.

Priority Shipping (1-3 business days) via USPS: $12 flat-rate for all U.S. orders.

Shipping times may vary, but we work hard to get you your order as soon as possible.

Please note that we do not ship on the weekend or holidays.

We send all orders via trackable mail or courier. Once the order has been scanned and delivered by the courier it will be considered the sole responsibility and property of the customer. If you'd like to make sure the package requires your signature for delivery, please email us at the time of your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship worldwide! We offer 2 international shipping options:  

USPS First-Class (7-21 days depending on your location):  $15 for Canada, $25 elsewhere.  Free First Class shipping for international orders over $300

Priority Mail International (7-10 days):  $45

International orders may take additional time to ship, so again, let us know if you're in a rush and we'll do our best to accommodate that. 

International shipments can be held in customs.  Les Gamins is not responsible for any custom duties or taxes. 

We send all orders via trackable mail. Once the order has been scanned and delivered by the courier it will be considered the sole responsibility and property of the customer. Please add your phone number in the address information at check-out so that you can be reached by your local post service.

All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns due to the length of international delivery.
